The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly fundraising walk in support of local charities. Let’s change the tune for people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness... because it’s cold out there. Join us on February 22, 2025 - team up, fundraise, and walk with us!
United Way Perth-Huron's Southern Huron and Area Community Committee invites you to walk with them to end chronic homelessness.
Walk in support of the Southern Huron Connection Centre in Exeter; that offers basic needs such as light meals, a shower, washroom facilities and laundry along with support through partnerships with numerous agencies.
Walk in support of the Huron Homelessness Initiative in Exeter; including programs such as the Huron supportive housing worker, shelter for women, children and youth, and transitional housing for men.
Homelessness isn’t just about sleeping on the streets. A person may be in a temporary shelter, incarcerated without a place to go afterwards or “couch surfing”.
Join us on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 for the Coldest night of the Year fundraising walk and you too can play a vital role in support those most in need right here in our community.
Join us at Exeter Christian Reformed Church for Opening Remarks. Teams/Walkers will start and finish at this location.
Don't forget the light supper being provided after the walk. A great way to generate the conversation - the ideas - around helping our most vulnerable population...
