About CFS Counselling + Wellbeing

Families are at the heart of community. As Michael J. Fox said: “Family is not an important thing. It's everything!” That’s just as true for a one-person household or a group of tight-knit friends, as it is for a couple, or a multi-generational group of blood relatives.

As Simcoe Muskoka’s only family service agency, CFS Counselling + Wellbeing (CFS) is committed to helping your family, and everyone in it – as individuals and in their relationships.

That means we help:

• Parents navigate new challenges and model strength through resilience

• Teens improve safety by learning mental health awareness and strategies

• Youth create action plans to move toward their goals

• Adults gain hope after developing relationship-building skills

• Immigrants adapt to their adopted homeland

• Older adults feel valued through connections and purpose

• Under-resourced individuals find the services they need

Innisfil – we’re here for you! CNOY funds will help keep us here. Together, we can make it happen!
