The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly fundraising walk in support of local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness... because it’s cold out there. Join us on February 28, 2026 - across the country, close to home!
United Way Perth-Huron's St. Marys Community Committee invites you to support vital services for individuals experiencing homelessness, hunger, and hurt in our community.
Your participation will help fund two essential programs:
1) St. Marys Community Outreach Worker
This program offers facilitation, education, and referrals for residents in need of support with life skills, mental health, homelessness, and addictions. The Outreach Worker provides short-term assistance, connects community members to critical services, and delivers community education and outreach—including neighbourhood mediation.
2) Nourish Equal Access Market
Nourish provides fresh, nutritious, locally sourced produce and meats to residents facing food insecurity. The market runs on the first and third Thursday of each month at the United Church and is open to everyone.
